It is managed by Sherwood Convent Education Society (Regd.). The governing body consists of a educationists. The medium of instruction is English. Co-educational, Teacher-Students ratio is 1:25. Focus on Activity & Value base education. Motto : Speculate, strive & succeed , Highly qualified and dedicated staff, classes of personality development , Indoor/Outdoor Games, Dance/Music Hall, Computer, Audio, Video aided teaching.
